Free Shipping: All watches are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Packaging

Every watch ships in its original manufacturer packaging with all included materials (box, tags, manuals, warranty cards where applicable). We take extra care to ensure your timepiece arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

Watch must be unworn and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
