Coverage

All NEW Invicta, Montres Prestige, Activa and TechnoMrine watches purchased from Velocity Wristwear are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration is 36 months — please refer to your product documentation or contact us for specific coverage details.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Mechanical movement failures under normal use
  • Defective components present at the time of purchase

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, crystal abrasion)
  • Water damage beyond the watch's rated water resistance
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • Battery replacement
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

How to Make a Warranty Claim
